- We would like to remind you to register for 自助重置密码 (SSPR) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) if you have not done so already. Please do this so that you can take advantage of the new security enhancements.
- YOU MUST COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION by June 19th 2023 to avoid disruption in your account access as all faculty, staff and student passwords will be reset on June 20th 2023.

现在,托国立的教员, staff and students are using multi-factor authentication, it is important to be prepared while traveling, teaching or while simply carrying out daily university business as you won’t want to be unable to connect to key services when you need them.
You should have a backup plan in the event your primary authentication factor (e.g., your smartphone) is lost, stolen or replaced.
Recommended Methods for Authentication
In most cases users will be recommended to use their smart phone device with the Microsoft Authenticator app. A guide for instalation can be found 在这里. For any special scinerios such as a user not having a device, please contact the help desk.

It is recommended that all users to use their smartphone device as their primary tool for authenticating their student account. If you have already read the provided documentation and watched the videos and still have questions please contact the help desk.
Multi-Factor Authentication Best Practices

- Use caution when reciving any unexpected authentication request sent to your device.
- Please report any suspisious behavior to the OIT helpdesk.
